Eggs with prosciutto and basil on toast (and a tortilla for me). Alex got a big slice of sharp cheddar cheese alongside his. Topped with Korean red pepper flakes.
i laughed when i saw this - so similar to breakfasts with my partner! he always has two eggs, i have one, though usually cheese ends up on both our plates!
I'll definitely have to try this combination--sounds delicious. I haven't had prosciutto in a really long time. Hopefully Wichita has somewhere to get decent prosciutto...
