Garden Flowers

IMG_2359

Hope everyone is enjoying these first few days of spring. I spent this morning getting ready for a little photoshoot at my house (more on that soon) and found myself in the garden checking in on my plants. Delighted to see so much in bloom and inspired by a recent day of flower arranging with Holly Flora, I decided to snip a few stems and put together some simple arrangements for my dining room table. It's almost insane how happy they make me!

I am a firm believer that flowers make everything nicer (even things that are nice to begin with). Hooray for spring and floral arrangements!

@Lazarox the white flowers are Pieris. One of the prettiest things I've ever grown!

Is that a Pilot G-2 .38, aka the most precious pens in the Universe? (I guess what I'm asking is what pt do you use?)

The flowers are pretty, too. :)

Those Lily of the Valleys are just the most precious and most perfect flower for sweet spring bud arrangements. I'm going to pull my Grandma's tiny silver bud vases out and let myself be inspired by you this weekend.
