Chef Speak is back, y'all! For my latest piece, I interviewed Sara Johannes, the Executive Chef of WP24, Wolfgang Puck's new modern Chinese restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Situated on the 24th floor of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, the expansive city views are nothing if not stunning.

d and i went here for our anniversary and i must admit we really went for the view, that is until we had the most amazing seabass ever. we were super impressed by the food and can't wait to go back!
