Inspired by recent sunset cocktails with Clare. She offered me this light simple concoction and I've been craving it ever since. There's almost nothing to it. You ready? Pour soda water over ice and top it with a splash or two of St. Germain. Would also be delish with a squeeze of lemon and some thinly cut lemon peel for garnish. Enjoy!

yes!! i was recently gifted a bottle of st. germain and brought it to a picnic, where we had it splashed over glasses of prosecco and a bit of mint. it was perfect!
